- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 bundle ampalaya leaves
- 1 pc tinapa, cooked and deboned
- 1 Knorr Chicken Cube
- 1 cup water
Cooking Method
- In a medium pan, get it nice and war over high-medium heat, add in the oil and sauté the onions and garlic until soft and brown.
- Add in the ampalaya leaves, water, Knorr Chicken Cubes and deboned tinapa flakes. Let the dish simmer until all ingredients are fully cooked. It's that simple!
