Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes and Onions
This dish incorporates the fresh and sweet flavors of sautéed onions and tomatoes with rich flavors of the scrambled eggs infused with chicken broth flavor.
Eggs are a rich source of protein and vitamins and minerals; and it is considered as nature's superfood.
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pc onion sliced
- 1 pc tomato sliced
- 1/2 Knorr Chicken Cube
- 3 pcs eggs scrambled
- In a medium pan, make it nice and warm over high-medium heat. Add a little oil and then sauté the onion and tomatoes until it becomes soft and aromatic.
- Add the Knorr Chicken cubes, and let it dissovle in the pan. Stir the vegetables to incorporate all the flavors
- Slowly add your scrambled egg mix to the pan to cover the sautéed onions and tomatoes. Cook until the eggs are set and fully cooked. Serve hot. Enjoy with rice or with bread.
