- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pc red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken liver, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup chicken breast fillet, cubed
- pinch ground pepper
- 1/2 cup sayote, sliced
- 1/2 cup cauliflower florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube
- 1/3 cup Baguio Beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup celery sticks and leaves, sliced
- 1/4 cup red and green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, sliced into bite-sized pieces Option: use red cabbage for a healthier dish
- 1/2 cup singkamas (jicama), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
