This soup uses the rich flavor and texture of kalabasa mixed with malunggay leaves, combined in a light chicken broth, to create a heart healthy dish.
Malunggay (Moringa) leaves are packed with vitamins and nutrients that help reduce high blood pressure, reduce the severe effects of asthma attacks and help protect the kidneys.
- 5 stalks malunggay leaves
- 1 piece chicken cube
- 3 cups water
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 1 squash cubed
- In a large pot, Add the water, place the cubed squash, chopped onion and Knorr Chicken Cubes and let it simmer until the squash cubes are fork tender.
- Once the squash is soft and tender, add the malunggay leaves and let it simmer for about 1 minute.
- It's now ready to be served.
