- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 pc egg
- 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped carrots
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch ground black pepper
- Soup
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 pc Knorr Pork Broth Cubes
- 4 cups water
- 100 g misua noodles
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 1 tbsp fried garlic for toppings
Cooking Method
- Let's begin by making the bola bola. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, egg, spring onion & carrots, salt and pepper. With the use of a tablespoon, form into 1 tablespoon balls. Set aside. and place in the ref to chill and set.
- Get a medium pot and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and sauté garlic. Throw in the Knorr Pork Cubes and pour in the water. Allow to boil before dropping in the pork balls into the broth. When cooked, the pork balls will start to float, then add the misua noodles Turn the heat off.
- Upon serving, sprinkle a pinch of spring onion to make a nice garnish. Enjoy a nice warm bowl of Feel Good Bola -Bola anytime of the week. It will definitely make your day.
