A 30-Min Hot Pot Recipe If You're Staying Home

You only need 30 minutes max to put this together. A third of that you spend gathering ingredients and slicing them effortlessly. The rest of the time, you can sit back and wait as your stock boils and cooks your meats, balls, and veggies. And don’t even feel pressured to follow the ingredient list here. Add other seasonings to your base and fill it with what’s in your fridge or freezer. Quick and effortless!

- 250 g sukiyaki-cut beef
- 250 g bacon-cut pork
- 250 g assorted hot pot or shabu-shabu balls
- 2-3 pcs sweet corn, cut into 2-inch pcs
- 100 g pechay Baguio
- 100 g spinach
- 100 g assorted fresh mushrooms
- 100 g noodles (sotanghon, rice, or egg)
- For the stock:
- 2 liters water
- 2 pcs Knorr Chicken Cubes
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (1-2 inch) pc ginger,
- 3-4 stalks leeks, cut into 2-inch pcs from the white end
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
