Garlic Crabs in Coconut Milk and Crispy Noodles Recipe
This dish combines the rich flavors of crabs mixed with the sweet and creamy flavors of the coconut milk and garlic served on top of asian crispy noodles.
Crabs are a good source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids that helps prevent heart disease and aids in brain development.
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp cooking oil

- 2 cups water
- 1 kg. fresh crabs, whole
- 100 g sotanghon noodles
- As needed cooking oil
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped and fried
