Daing na Bangus Recipe
This Filipino classic dish is simple to make, delicious and very nutritious. It uses that fresh seafood flavor of bangus, marinated and fried to perfection.
Bangus (Milkfish) is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids that are believed to benefit the heart by reducing the growth rate of plaque that clogs blood vessels, lowering the risk for abnormal heart rhythm and lowering the levels of the bad fats.
- 1 pc daing na bangus
- Knorr Liquid Seasoning, as needed
- black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- oil for frying
- All you need to do is season the fish with Knorr Liquid Seasoning and pepper then rub it with garlic evenly. And that’s it! That’s how simple it is. Let it sit and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- You just need to pre-heat the oil in a pan and fry the bangus until brown, top with toasted garlic and that’s our dish!
