Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ pc onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
- 1 pc Knorr Pork Cube
- ½ cup malagkit rice
- 1½ cup water
- pinch black pepper
- 1 pc tokwa
Cooking Method
- Begin by getting your pan nice and hot. Pour some oil and throw in the onions, ginger and garlic.
- Add malagkit rice and patis and stir well. Pour the water in and just allow to simmer over low heat.
- Toss in the Knorr Pork Cubes and just simmer until the rice is cooked through.
