- 1 kg chicken thigh fillet
- Chicken Tocino Marinade:
- 4 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning Original
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp ground pepper
- salt to taste
- few drops red food colouring, optional
- For Cooking Chicken Tocino:
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Cooking Method
