- For the burger:
- ¾ kg ground beef
- 1 pc egg
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pc onion, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- For the gravy:
- 2 tbsps oil
- 1 pc onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cube
- pepper to taste
Cooking Method
- Let's begin by preparing the burger patties, by mixing all the burger ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated. To check the flavor of the mix, try frying a tablespoon of the mixture in a pan, then make the necessary adjustments for salt and pepper.
- Once the seasoning has been adjusted, form balls from the burger mixture and flatten to make a patties. You have the option to store in the chiller for another occasion or you can grill, bake or fry them right away.
- Now we can work on the a gravy, that will complement your burger. Get your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Throw in the onion and garlic and sauté them until the onion is translucent and the garlic is golden in color. Pour in the cream, water, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, and Knorr Chicken Cube last.
