When ready to cook, set the turbo broiler to 180 degrees C and broil for 40 minutes or until the skin of the chicken is golden brown. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS
Turbo Broiler Chicken Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kilo Chicken
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Calamansi Juice
- 1 Tbsp Knorr liquid seasoning (available here)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon peppercorns
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make the marinade: Mix garlic, soy sauce, calamansi, Knorr liquid seasoning (available here), salt and pepper.
- In a big bowl marinate the chicken, making sure the the marinde reaches the insides of the chicken. With a fork, poke holes in the chicken. Then return to chicken to the bowl, pour all the liquid marinade and cover. Marinate for one hour or overnight.
- Set the turbo broiler to chicken mode or 180 degrees C. Cook for 40 minutes until cooked and skin is golden brown. Serve immediately.
