Thai Papaya Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 2 pcs shallot heads, thinly sliced
- 1 - 2 pcs bird’s eye chili (siling labuyo), sliced
Thai Papaya Salad
- 4 cups green papaya, grated
- 1 pc carrot, peeled, and sliced into sticks
- 1 pc cucumber, peeled, deseeded, and sliced into sticks
- 1/3 cup loosely packed mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts, roughly chopped
