Sinigang Flavored Mojos Hack
Skip the lines and make your own flavored mojos at home. This is a simple recipe that uses pantry staples as well as Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix for a lip-smacking snack. We made this recipe even easier and healthier by using an air-fryer to get that crispy mojo goodness minus the excess oil. Eat on its own or take it a step further by making a homemade garlic mayo dip for some creaminess to balance out the tart umami flavors.

Make your own chicken breading at home by mixing a cup of flour and a finely crushed cube of Knorr Chicken Broth.

Ingredients
- 2 pcs large potato, sliced into 9mm rounds
- 200 grams fried chicken breading mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- oil, for spraying
- 1 (22g) pack Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix Original
Garlic Mayo Recipe
- 1 cup Lady's Choice real mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 pc garlic clove, minced or ran through a press
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste

Preheat air fryer to 180°C
Microwave the sliced potatoes for 5 minutes or until cooked through the center.
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Toss the potato slices in the bowl and toss until every surface is covered. The potatoes will be hot at this point so take extra caution when tossing.
Line up the potatoes in your air-fryer basket, making sure that no potatoes overlap, and spray oil on them.
Air-fry for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Place a pack of Sinigang Mix Sa Sampalok in a bowl and toss the mojos to coat. Make sure to shake off the excess powder from the mojos.
Garlic Mayo Dip
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Enjoy this lip-smacking healthier snack minus the grease and long lines.
