- 3 pcs pompano, gutted, cleaned and pat-dried
- 1/4 cup ginger, sliced
- 1/4 cup garlic, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced leeks
- 1 tsp rock salt
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1/4 cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning Chili
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

Stuff the head and belly of the pompano fish with the ginger, garlic and leeks. Rub salt all over the fish.
Set the stuffed fish on a dish that can fit in a steamer.
Steam the fish on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
You can prepare the sauce while the fish is being cooked. In a separate pan, saute the garlic until toasted, then add ginger, Knorr Liquid Seasoning Chili, and brown sugar.
