Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 pcs potatoes, diced
  • 1 pc onion, diced
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, diced
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • to taste ground pepper
Cooking Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan, and pan-fry the diced potato until it turns light brown. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.

  2. Saute the onion, garlic, and tomato with the leftover oil.

  3. Add ground pork once the onion softens. Cook while stirring for about 2 minutes.

  4. Pour the Knorr Liquid Seasoning into the pan and add water. Adjust the heat to low, and cook uncovered until the liquid reduces to half.

  5. Add oyster sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Put the fried potato back into the pan and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

  7. Season with ground black pepper and enjoy.
