Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 pc medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, sliced into strips
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 pack 33 grams Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix, dissolved in 1 ½ cups of water
  • 1 pc siling labuyo (bird’s eye chili)
  • 1 pc large tilapia
  • 1 tsp green finger chilli
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 bunches pechay, separated
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium high heat.

  2. Add garlic, onion, and ginger into the pot. Sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add fish sauce and saute for 30 seconds more.

  4. Add dissolved Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix, bird’s eye chili, and tilapia. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes.

  5. Add green finger chili and season with ground pepper to taste. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.

  6. Add pechay. Cook and cover for 2 minutes.

  7. Serve this ginataang tilapia with rice.
