- 300 g sukiyaki-cut beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 pc Knorr Beef Cube
- 1 cup water
- toasted garlic bits, for garnish

Combine beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate for 10 minutes. Discard excess marinade.
Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry beef until lightly caramelized. Transfer to a serving plate. Set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and sauté garlic until lightly browned. Add mushrooms, flour, and Knorr Beef Cube. Cook for 1 minute, then add water. Mix well and simmer until smooth and thick.
Pour sauce over the cooked beef. Top with toasted garlic. Serve warm.
