Ingredients
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp rice syrup
  • `1 pc garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Method
  1. Trim any broken edges or rotten spots from the baby potatoes. Wash and rinse them thoroughly in cold water to remove any dirt. Strain after.

  2. Pour the cooking oil into a thick skillet over medium heat. Add the baby potatoes shortly after.

  3. Cover the skilled for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fully cooked. Shake and move the skillet every five minutes, so they cook evenly and don’t burn.

  4. Change the heat setting to low, and add the Knorr Liquid Seasoning, rice syrup, and minced garlic. Stir the ingredients together with a wooden spoon.

  5. Turn up the heat setting to medium. Keep stirring for 5 minutes or until the sauce is reduced and the baby potatoes turn wrinkly and shiny.

  6. Remove from the heat and mix in the sesame oil. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and consume with rice. Refrigerate the leftovers once the dish cools so they’ll last up to four days.
