Crab and Corn Chopseuy Hack You Should Try 

	    
              
Elevate your ordinary Chopseuy recipe with Knorr Crab & Corn Soup.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 pc small sized carrots peeled thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup baguio beans sliced
  • 1/2 cup red and green bell peppers deseeded and sliced
  • 1 pack Knorr crab and corn soup dissolved in 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 pc cabbage head sliced
  • 1 pc small broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Fine ground pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water
Cooking Method
  1. Saute the garlic until it turns brown. Then add the onion.

  2. Add the carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Fry the vegetables for about a minute.

  3. Pour in the soy sauce and water to the veggies. Cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add in the baguio beans and bell peppers. Shortly after, include the cabbage into the mix. Continue cooking for 1 minute.

  5. Distribute the vegetables carefully into the pot, and some oysters sauce.

  6. Slowly pour in the Knorr Crab and Corn soup dissolved in water into the mixture. Mix everything together.

  7. Transfer into a serving dish and enjoy!
