This simple dish uses the rich flavor of pork mixed with garlic, onions and bell peppers, served in the crisp lettuce cups topped with mayonnaise.
Tips
When serving lettuce or fresh greens, make sure that you clean them properly using cold water to remove any impurities and dirty from each leaf. Pat dry and remove excess water to keep the crips texture of the leaves.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup red and green bell peppers
- 1/2 kg ground pork (diced)
- Knorr Liquid Seasoning to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- hot sauce (optional)
Cooking Method
- Using a medium pan, make it nice and warm over high heat. Saute onion, garlic and bell peppers in oil. Add ground pork and saute until cooked. Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning, hot sauce, and pepper. Set this aside.
- In pre-heated oil, deep fry sotanghon noodles until crisp. Remove form pot and place in paper towels at once. Set aside.
- Lay lettuce cups on chopping board. Fill each cup with the pork mixture and crispy noodles. Top each cup with the a little mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and cilantro. That’s it.
