Try making the best okra of your life with a handful of ingredients in just 15 minutes with this easy-to-follow recipe. If you’ve had only okra in stews and soups, have you really lived? Fried okra is a common dish in cajun cuisine but we added our own Pinoy spin to it by simplifying the coating and using cornstarch for that extra crunch. We also made a creamy umami dipping sauce using Pinoy favorite Knorr Liquid Seasoning Chili mixed with creamy Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise as the perfect complement to this okra recipe. Make this as an appetizer for your Filipino-themed parties or as a regular snack. You won’t regret it!
