Kangkong at Tokwa in Oyster Sauce Recipe

Tofu (Tokwa) is a good source of protein and essential amino acids. It contains several anti-inflammatory and antioxidant minerals that are good for our body.
- 1 pc tokwa / tofu, sliced into cubes
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 1 piece Knorr chicken cube
- 30 g oyster sauce
- 1 bundle kangkong
- 1 cup water
- Let's start by preparing the tofu / tokwa. In a medium-sized pan, add some oil and fry the tokwa until it becomes firm and turns golden brown in color. Once fried, drain excess oil and set aside to cool.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and onions until soft and brown in color. Then add the kangkong leaves, followed by the water, oyster sauce and Knorr chicken cube. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the leaves are fully cooked. That's it.
