Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 5 pcs tofu
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 sachet (15 ml) ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 pc Knorr Chicken cube
- ½ cup water
- 2 bundle pechay
Cooking Method
- Let's start by preparing the tofu. Get a medium pan, make it nice and warm over high-medium heat, add oil then start to fry to tofu cube until all sides are golden brown. Once cooked, remove from oil, strain and set aside.
- Using the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until soft and aromatic. Add in the ketchup, vinegar, water and Knorr chicken cube. Bring to a simmer and let the cube dissolve.
- Lower the heat and bring to a simmer. Add the sliced pechay and cubed tofu. Stir and continue to simmer until the vegetables are cooked. Serve hot!
