Ingredients
- 200 g pork belly, cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 small pc red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, cut into strips
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 pcs ripe tomatoes, cubed
- 2 tbsp shrimp paste (bagoong)
- 2 cups squash, cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube
- 1 bunch sitaw, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 pc small ampalaya, sliced thinly
- 1 -2 eggplants, sliced
- 6 -8 pcs okra, sliced
Cooking Method
- Fry pork belly in hot oil until brown and crispy. Drain and set aside.
- Using the same pan, saute onions, ginger, garlic. Add tomatoes and continue sautéing until soft. Then Add shrimp paste. Mix well.
- Add squash, water and Knorr Shrimp Cube. Cover and let cook over medium heat for 8 minutes.
- Add sitaw, ampalaya, eggplants and okra. Mix and cover. Let cook for another 5-8 minutes. Serve warm.
