- 1/2 kilogram chicken bones

- For the Liempo
- ½ cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsps brown sugar
- 3 stalks lemongrass (white part only), crushed
- 1 head garlic, crushed
- garlic powder (optional)
- ½ kilogram pork belly, sliced
