Ingredients
- 150 g buckwheat noodles
- 30 g onion
- 10 g garlic
- 15 g ginger
- 100 g carrots
- 150 g baby pak choi (Bokchoy Chinese Cabbage)
- 150 g enoki mushroom
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cubes
- 1 L water
- 1 pc calamansi
Cooking Method
- Prepare ramen noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
- Peel the onion, garlic and ginger and finely chop. Peel carrots and cut into slices. Clean bokchoy and mushrooms and cut into slices or strips.
- Fry vegetables in a wok or pot in hot oil, remove and set aside. Pour 1 liter of water into the wok and stir in 1 Knorr Chicken Cubes and bring to the boil.
- Distribute the bouillon in bowls, add ramen noodles and vegetables. Garnish with calamansi slices.
