Ingredients
- 500 grams shrimp, cleaned and de-veined
- 1 pack Knorr Sinigang Sa Sampalok mix 44 g
- 1 bunch kangkong
- 15 pcs sitaw, sliced into 2-inch pcs
- 8 pcs okra
- 1 pc eggplant, sliced
- 1 cup radish, sliced
- 1 pcs tomato, wedged
- 3 pcs green pepper (siling pansigang)
- 1 pcs red onion
- 8 cups water
- fish sauce to taste
Cooking Method
- Boil water in a cooking pot. Add onion, tomato, and radish. Cover and continue to boil for 8 minutes.
- Add shrimp. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix. Stir until it dilutes completely. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add kangkong leaves. Turn off heat. Let it stay covered for 1 minute.
- Season with fish salt and ground black pepper.

- Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve warm with rice.
