Ginataang Hipon Recipe
This simple dish uses the rich seafood taste of shrimp sautéed in the sweet and creamy Knorr Ginataang Gulay flavors, topped with garlic bits.
Remember to monitor the heat and lower to simmer after adding the coconut milk, to prevent the liquids to curdle. Set it to low or medium heat, just enough to let the dish simmer.
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup leeks, sliced
- 1/2 kg shrimps, trimmed
- 1 (33 g) pack Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic bits
- Get your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and sautè leeks until fragrant. Add shrimp next and sautè for another minute or until it turns bright red in color.
- In goes the water and Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe. Mix well and bring this to a boil, then immediately lower the heat to simmer.
- Simmer until the shrimps are cooked through. And that's our dish! Serve Ginataang Hipon with garlic bits on top and see how it will disappear right before your eyes. Yummy!
