Pinangat na Galunggong Recipe
This Filipino classic dish uses the fresh seafood taste of Galunggong infused with the flavors of tomatoes and Knorr Fish broth.
Galunggong fish is a great source of calcium and Vitamin D which strengthens the bones and teeth. It is also a good source of Omega 3 and omega 6 which lowers the level of bad cholesterol in the body.
- 1/2 kg galunggong
- 2 pcs Knorr Fish Broth Cubes
- 5 pcs. small ripe tomatoes, cut into 4
- 1 cup water
- This is a simple recipe that you should do more often at home. All you need to do is get a pot and fill it with water. Over high heat, bring the water to a boil and place the Knorr Fish Broth Cubes, and tomatoes in. Stir to dissolve Knorr fish cube.
- Gently add the galunggong and simmer until the fish is done, and that's it. Make sure you have a big bowl of steaming white rice because you will definitely eat more than usual.
