This dish combines the rich sardines flavor, mixed with fresh tomatoes combined with creamy flavor of mayonnaise, served in our favorite pandesal bread.
Make sure that you remove the fish bones from the sardines before serving. You can also use flavored sardines to give the recipe a different flavor and texture.
- 3 pcs medium tomato sliced diagonally
- 1 pack (80 ml) mayonnaise
- 15 pcs pieces pandesal
- 2 can (155 g) sardines
- Let's start by preparing the pandesal. Cut it in half lengthwise to have space for the toppings.
- Add a generous amount of mayonnaise to the insides of the pandesal on each side. Add sandine flakes, make sure that you remove all the fish bones. Top with tomato slices.
