Grilled Fish and Dill Sandwich
Try this healthy snack that's both quick and easy to prepare and delivers a distinct taste that will surely make your kids asking for more!
- 1 pc fish fillet (around 200g), seasoned
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped
- 2 slices foccacia bread, toasted
- 4 tbsps Lady's Choice Tuna Spread
- 2 slices plum tomatoes
- As needed arugula
- Rub lemon juice and dill on well-seasoned fish fillet. Grill until cooked.
- Spread Lady’s Choice Tuna Spread on foccacia slice, add fish, tomatoes and arugula, and cover with the other slice of bread.
