Ingredients
- 200 grams corned beef, flaked and drained from liquid
- 4 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salad Dressing
- ½ cup Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp.. Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- as needed preferred salad vegetables, sliced
Cooking Method
- Get a pan and make it nice and hot over low heat. Cook corned beef in hot oil and mix from time to time until dry and crispy (you may also cook this in an oven until dry and flaky).
- Get another pan and sauté onions and garlic for a minute. Add corned beef flakes and stir well.
- Now let's prepare the dressing. All you have to do is combine mayonnaise, sesame oil and Knorr Liquid Seasoning.
- Toss greens and vegetables with the dressing, arrange on plate with the crispy corned beef on top. And that's it! Serve this with your favorite soup or sandwich or eat it as a snack.
