- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 (1-inch) knob ginger, sliced thinly
- 250 g pork, diced
- 2 pcs Chinese sausages, sliced diagonally
- 6 pcs shiitake mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pc Knorr Pork Cube
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups glutinous rice, washed until the water is clear and soaked for at least 30 minutes
- 3 cups water
- salt and pepper, to taste
- mustard leaves, blanched
