This simple dish uses the light and fresh flavor of pechay mixed with the rich chicken broth soup, cooked with sotanghon noodles.
Pechay is considered a super vegetable due to its' rich in vitamins and minerals contents that help prevent cancer, fights inflammation and lowers the risks of heart disease.
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 100 g chicken slice
- 1 pc Knorr chicken cube
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack sotanghon soaked in water
- 1 bundle pechay, slice
- In a medium pot, make it nice and warm over high-medium heat, add in the oil and start by sautéing the garlic and onions until its soft and aromatic.
- Add in the chicken slices and cook until firm and golden brown in color.
- Add in the water and Knorr Chicken cube and bring it to a boil. Add the soaked sotanghon noodles and pechay slices. Continue to simmer until noodles are fully cooked. Serve hot!
