Ingredients
- 400 g. elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
- 4 cups fresh milk
- 2 pcs Knorr Pork Cube
- 1/2 cup butter
- Optional: 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup melting cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and chopped (optional)
Cooking Method
- This is a no fuss dish that you can cook any time of the day. In a medium pot, bring fresh milk and Knorr Pork Cubes to a simmer until the cubes are fully dissolved; then, remove from heat.
- In a separate pan, melt butter, and sauté spinach (optional). Gently add the flour gradually mixing and stirring them until the flour becomes slightly brown and has that nutty aroma.
- Slowly add the milk mixture into the flour mixture while mixing well over medium heat. Throw in the cheese and stir until it melts and the sauce is thick and smooth.
- Now comes the exciting part, lets add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and that’s our dish!
