- 3 slices ginger
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 cup red and green bell peppers, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
