Ingredients
- 8 pcs lamb chops
- 20 ml Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper ground
- 30 g butter
Cooking Method
- Let's first marinate and season the lamb chops. In a medium bowl, combine Knorr Liquid Seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and black pepper together to make the marinate. Coat both side o the lamb and let the meat marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Get a pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour olive oil and add the butter.
- Fry the lamb chops until cooked through. Fry or grill for 3-4 minutes each side, depending on the thickness.
- Serve with salad, baked potatoes or rice, this is a true winner!
