- 1/2 tsp five spice powder
- 1/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning

- 7 pcs rice paper (rub/place some water to soften)
- 2 cups oil for frying
