This Filipino classic beef dish combines the rich flavor of beef, marinated with Knorr beef flavors, tangy vinegar and crushed garlic taste.
Marinating the meat overnight will not only infuse flavor to meat but it will also make the meat tender because of the inclusion of vinegar into the marinate.
- 1 kg. lean beef, sliced thinly
- (Tip: You may pound the meat for a thinner and more tender result.)
- 3 -4 tbsp cooking oil
- 8 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 pcs Knorr Beef Cubes
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 -2 tbsp vinegar
