For a fried fish dish that even picky kids can’t resist, add a touch of Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise. They’ll be asking for more!
Best served with Mayo Garlic Dip!
- 500 g tilapia, cleaned and scaled
- 1 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Lady's Choice mayonnaise
- juice of 1 calamansi
- 3/4 tsp ground pepper
- 2 cups flour
- oil for deep frying
- Rub tilapia with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
- Mix 1 cup of Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise with juice of 1 calamansi and add ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground pepper to taste.
- In another dish, mix 2 cups of flour with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp ground pepper.
- Dip tilapia in seasoned Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise then coat in seasoned flour.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
