Pinangat na Sapsap at Tokwa Recipe
This dish combines the rich seafood flavor from the Sapsap fish stewed in a tamarind based sour soup mixed with tomatoes and fried tofu.
Sapsap is part of the silver belly fish family and they are a great source of calcium that help increase bone strength and Omega 3 fatty acids that helps reduce chronic diseases.
- 5 pcs tokwa, cubed

- 8 pcs sapsap, cleaned
- 2 cups sitaw, cut into 3 inch lengths
- 2 pcs onions, halved
- 2 pcs tomatoes, halved
