- 4 pcs salay-salay cleaned
- 1 (20 g) pack Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Original
- 4 cups hot water
- 3 pcs red chillies chopped
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 8 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 5 pcs spring onions, 2-inch long strips
- light soy sauce
Cooking Method
- Begin by scoring the fish with a knife then place it in a bowl.
- In a large pot, combine together the dissolved Knorr Sinigang Sa Sampalok Original, water and drop those chilies and pour the lime juice in.
- Get a heatproof plate and place transfer the fish on top of the spice mix. Add garlic and spring onions on top of the fish and cook in a steamer until the fish is done. With a sprinkle of soy sauce after the fish is cooked, our dish is done!
