Creamy Gata Pineapple Chicken Balls Recipe
This dish combines the rich taste of chicken infused with Knorr seasoning topped with creamy coconut milk based sauce mixed with pineapples and bell pepper.
Remember to lower the heat after adding the coconut milk, to prevent the liquids to curdle. Set it to low or medium heat, just enough to let the dish simmer.
- Chicken Balls:
- 500 g. ground chicken
- 1 pc. raw egg, slightly beaten
- ½ cup flour
- 2 tbsp. Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- oil for pan-frying
- Cream Sauce:
- 1 pack Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay, diluted in ½ cup water
- ½ cup pineapple tidbits from can
- 1 pc. medium bell pepper, cubed
