Chicken Burger Recipe
This simple and healthy recipe combines the rich flavor of chicken with the spiced flavors of garlic, onions and cheese, infused with delicious seasoning.
When cooking the burger patties, give each side at least 3 minutes to sear on both sides to get an even out crust. After that, you can flip the burgers are often as you want to make sure that the internal meat is cooked through.
- ½ kilo ground chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic

- This recipe can be easily prepared in an instant. Combine the ground chicken in a bowl together with the onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, thyme and cheese. Set this aside.
- Instead of the usual salt as seasoning, you can add rich flavors just by dissolving 1 pc of Knorr Chicken cube in 50 ml water and combining it with the ground chicken, the outcome will be fantastic. Mix the burger meat and the seasoning until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Measure 3 spoonful scoops of the burger mixture, try to form a round shape then flatten Repeat this procedure until all the chicken mixture is finished. Allow these to set for at least 30 minutes in the chiller to retain their shape.
- Just by cooking the chicken burgers 3-5 minutes per side, these homemade delicious patties should be ready to be devoured by the family.
