Scrambled Egg Sandwich Recipe

Eggs are full of health benefits. It is a good source of Omega-3 which help our cell health, and it also increases our levels of good cholesterol.
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 4 pcs eggs, scrambled
- 1 pack (80 ml) Lady's Choice Real mayonnaise
- 15 pcs pandesal
- Let’s start by preparing the scrambled eggs. Get a medium sized pan, heat the oil over medium heat then gradually add the scrambled egg mix. Start by adding half the egg mix first, and let it set, before adding the rest of the mix. Once the egg cooks, set aside.
- Let the eggs cool then slice it into smaller pieces.
- Prepare the pandesal by cutting it in half then add a generous amount of Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, then add slices of scrambled egg on top. Serve and enjoy!
