Cheese Bacon Pandesal
This simple kiddie baon combines the rich and creamy flavor of the bacon spread, mixed egg and cheese, served in the Filipino favorite bread pandesal.
You can also toast or dry-fry the pandesal to give it a different crunch and texture. You can do this before or after adding the spread and cheese. Depending on when you toast the bread, it will give different textures, but both are still very delicious.
- 3 pcs scrambled egg, cooked
- 15 pcs pandesal
- 1 pack bacon spread
- 1 pack cheese, sliced
- This quick and simple delicious kiddie boan meal is very easy to prepare. Let's start by preparing the scrambled eggs. In a medium pan, fry the scrambled egg until set, then set aside to let it cool a bit before slicing.
- Now we can start with the pandesal. Slice it lengthwise to create a space for the toppings and spread. Add a generous amount of Lady's Choice Bacon Spread on each side. Add the sliced scrambled eggs top it with slices of cheese. And that's it. Simple and delicious.
