This kiddie baon meal uses the fresh flavors of boiled egg mixed with the creamy mayonnaise, served in a Filipino classic Pandesal.
Follow this process to properly cook hard boiled egg, place the egg in a medium sized pot filled with cold water. Over high heat, let the water boil, then immediately cover the pot with a tight fitting lid. Remove from heat then set the timer to 8-10 minutes. Try not to lift the lid. Once timer is done, remove eggs and transfer to an iced water pan to cool down.
