Longganisa Breakfast Casserole Recipe
This Pinoy style casserole uses the rich flavor of pork longganisa combined with the flavors and textures of potatoes, bell pepper and cheese.

- ½ kg Vigan longganisa, casing removed
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 piece Knorr Beef/Pork Cube
- 7 pcs eggs, lightly beaten
